"Sinfonias (Three Part Inventions)" are short works composed by Bach intended for three voices and in this edition is arranged for trombone trio. Bach was able to compose music that transcends not only time but also different voicing which is audible as the trombones are able to provide just the right timbre and intonation for these pieces. Please note that the first two trombone parts are written in the alto clef, and the third trombone part is written in the bass clef.
